I recently went to two matches in the Wessex Football League, one at Andover New Street and one at Alresford.
On each occasion I arrived ten minutes before kick-off, paid £4 and £3 respectively to get in (pensioner rates), and watched entertaining games in peaceful surroundings. Contrast this with the overblown, overhyped Premier League with its ridiculous prices. It’s non-league every time for me!
