Charli Knott bowled the Southern Vipers to a 28-run victory over Western Storm at the Utilita Bowl.

Adams led the way with the bat, top scoring with 48(34) before being caught at cover in the 19th over.
Openers Georgia Elwiss and Knott navigated their way through the powerplay untroubled putting on 44 for no loss from the first six overs. Knott was dismissed the next over when she holed out to long on for 17 from the bowling of Wellington.
Adams narrowly avoided being the second wicket of the over as she chipped one just wide of the mid off fielder.
The Vipers put on 40 for the second wicket before Elwiss was dislodged in the 12th over for 45(35) when her thin edge was taken behind the stumps attempting to sweep Sophia Smale.
Freya Kemp was stumped in the 19th over off the bowling of Wellington for 34(24) and Adams followed five balls later in the over when she was caught at cover for 48(34).
