Winchester City Council planning officers permitted all applications except two this week.
Conor Lavery's application for a two storey side and front extension at Woodside, Botley Road, in Curdridge was withdrawn.
Also, an application, which did not have a name attached, was withdrawn for four detached dwellings with private amenity space, off-road parking, soft landscaping and associated works. This was at the land opposite Lockhams Hill, Lockhams Road in Curdridge.
In Bighton, Mr and Mrs Williams had an application permitted for the use of the land for siting a mobile home for use ancillary to the main dwelling, at Cartref, Sutton Wood Lane.
Mr and Mrs Greenleaf, in Bishop's Sutton, can carry out internal works at The Mill House, Mill Lane. They had a second application permitted for a ground floor single storey extension to existing rear boot room. New sash windows and door, including wall, to kitchen with new roof over. New sun tube rooflight.
In Bishop's Waltham, S and T Oliver had an application permitted for a general purpose agricultural building including welfare facilities, at the land north of Brooklands Farm, Botley Road.
Clayton Ross had an application permitted for gates to the existing drive in line with the front hedge at The Ramblers, Uplands Road in Denmead.
Nicola Sarjeant's application was permitted for a retrospective built wooden gazebo/outbuilding in the rear garden behind an existing garage, at 3 Kidmere Way.
Mr and Mrs Webb's application for the relocation of access to Winchester Stables in Kennel Lane was permitted.
Mr and Mrs McInnes can have a single storey front side and rear extension following demolition of the existing garage at 11 Priors Dean Road, Harestock.
In Alresford, Nazli Hussein had an application permitted for external alterations to windows, doors, roof and associated alterations, at 36 East Street.
Mr and Mrs Carter, at 18 Arle Gardens, had an application permitted for the demolition of conservatory to rear and construction of single storey extension to front and rear.
Mr and Mrs Fairbairn can have a single storey rear extension at Deansleigh, 81 Cranbourne Drive in Otterbourne.
Mr and Mrs Turton's application was permitted for a rear conservatory at 1 Spruce Close, South Wonston.
Winchester College had an application permitted for the demolition of a garage and the construction of a substation and switch room enclosure, at 37 St Cross Road.
Mr and Mrs Hellawell can have a single storey rear and side extension, small front extension, loft conversion with full width rear dormer and associated remodelling of existing bungalow, at 7 Wessex Drive.
Mike Thorpe can have a terrace at roof level at 2 Quarry Road.
Paul Thrift had an application permitted for 20 panel Photovoltaic System on top of a chalet bungalow on a flat roof, extending the building height by 255mm, at 49 Stoney Lane.
Mr and Mrs Pook's application was permitted for a loft conversion including rear dormer, single storey rear extension and all associated alterations to dwelling, at 30 Hyde Abbey Road.
Alison and Peter Gubb had an application permitted for a single storey kitchen extension at Wharf House, 31 Wharf Hill.
Irene Hunt's application was permitted for ground and first floor extensions, loft conversion and associated alterations to 7 Wentworth Grange.
