A PENSIONER who lost control of her dog in a Test Valley village has been ordered to pay more than £1,700.
Patricia Dueblack, 73, admitted owning Spanner, a five-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier cross Bull-mastiff that was dangerously out of control on Broughton High Street on March 14.
She was banned from keeping a dog for five years. Magistrates fined her £80 with a £30 victim surcharge and ordered she pay £1,637 in compensation. The exact details of the incident were unavailable.
