STEVE Brine, prospective Winchester MP for The Conservatives, will welcome a member of the shadow cabinet to Winchester tomorrow (Thursday).
Nick Herbert, shadow minister for environment, food and rural affairs, will visit the city’s recycling centre at Bar End and Sparsholt College.
He will meet Cllr Roy Perry, deputy leader of Hampshire County Council, to hear about the county’s recycling record before moving on to meet Tim Jackson, principal of Sparsholt College.
