PUPILS at a Winchester special school raised £120 for Naomi House Children's Hospice at Sutton Scotney.
They collected the cash by placing a festive message board at Osborne School off Andover Road throughout December.
Instead of splashing the cash on Christmas cards, pupils, parents and staff could leave their festive wishes on the board.
A collection was also made at the school's festive show, which helped the pupils to exceed their initial target of raising £100 for the hospice.
