DRIVING after consuming cannabis has cost a Winchester man his licence for a year.
Chris Sellwood, 30, of Chaundler Road, Abbotts Barton, was stopped by the police on London Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, on July 13 last year.
When tested for cannabis his level was 4.9ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l, magistrates in Basingstoke were told.
Sellwood admitted the charge and, as well as the 12-month ban, was fined £120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £30 costs.
