Planners plans for development at Swanmore pub
PLANNERS have approved plans to develop land next to the pub in Swanmore, near Bishop’s Waltham.
Winchester city council has permitted Mapledean Developments to build two flats and two houses to the rear of the Brickmakers Arms in Church Road.
