TWO men have appeared at Southampton Crown Court in connection with post office robbery.
Sam McLachlan, 26, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton, and William Robinson, 47, of Rookery Farm, Eastleigh, denied conspiring to rob Bartley Post Office and Village Store in November.
McLachlan, however, admitted assaulting Johanne and Brian Hole with intent to rob and possessing a bladed article.
Prosecutor Kate Freemantle said the Crown needed 14 days to consider whether those pleas were acceptable.
The trial on the outstanding charge was set for April 28 and both were remanded in custody.
