Bosom pals step out on Moonwalk
NINE women from West Wellow will be bearing their highly decorated bras when they take part in this Saturday’s Playtex Moonwalk.
More than 15,000 women and men are due to take part in the event which raises millions for breast cancer charities each year.
The Wellow group, who became friends when their children attended the village school, will be walking the 13-mile course which starts and finishes in London’s Hyde Park.
The ladies taking part are Naomi Shrimpton, Carol Ware, Angela Evans, Carol ward, Jacky Cutler, Sandra Biddlecombe, Theresa Ball, Melinda Cooper, and Nikki Hensser.
