WINCHESTER Planners have rejected a scheme for 62 new homes in a nearby village.
After a visit to Tudor Way, Kings Worthy, on Monday, members of the planning committee voted to reject the proposals by Gleeson Developments.
A city council spokesman said there were concerns about the density of the plan and that it would harm the character of the area.
