A MAN who was found dead in public toilets in Winchester City Centre after a suspected drug overdose has been named.
Philip Horsman, 26, who was unemployed and of no fixed address, was found by a caretaker in the toilets on Middle Brook Street on April 22 surrounded by drug paraphernalia.
The man was taken to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital but was pronounced dead there. Police are not treating the death as suspicious. An inquest into his death has been launched.
