FAREHAM company, Intersafe, has been giving the Jubilee Sailing Trust a helping hand by carrying out PAT-testing of its electrical equipment for free.
The Woolston-based trust promotes integration of able-bodied and physically-disabled people through tall-ship sailing. The trust was in need of help as it realised it had been just over a year since all its electrical equipment was PAT tested for safety.
“We were delighted to be able to help this very deserving cause and donate some time to check out their electrical equipment,” said MD, Adrian Pendle.
“The money Intersafe have saved us will go straight back into the charity and will help more disabled people discover the pleasure of sailing on a tall ship,” said the trust’s IT manager, Chris Williams.
