Oliver Cromwell returns to Romsey on Bank Holiday Monday. It’s not the ghost of the Lord Protector but a a restored 1950s Britannia Class steam loco of the same name pulling the Cathedrals Express. The engine is travelling from London to Yeovil and back, stopping at Salisbury. It will be passing through Romsey at 12.33pm and then again at 6.34pm.
