HAMPSHIRE gardening expert Andy McIndoe will return to Bishop’s Waltham charity garden fair on Sunday, May 3.
The Hilliers Garden Centre Director made his debut at the event last year and will be on hand to solve your hoticultural problems in a question and answer session chaired by BBC presenter Adam Kirtley.
The popular event at the palace ruins in Bishop's Waltham attracts around 2,000 visitors each year and raised nearly £10,000 for St John Ambulance Hampshire last summer.
Organiser Joan Ferrer, said: “Our garden fair is positively blooming. We have more than 80 stalls coming along, which is an absolute record for us.
“We are really looking forward to the fair, which provides such a lovely garden party atmosphere for everyone who comes along.”
Cuff Billett’s roving jazz band will once again provide toe tapping tunes and there will be a children’s corner with colouring and painting.
The event runs from 10am to 4pm. Tickets cost £3.50 for adults while children under 14 go free.
