A FOUR Marks man has been banned from the road for driving under the influence of drugs.
Kevin Potter, 34, of Bogmoor Close, drove a car near his home while under the influence of THC, the main active ingredient of cannabis, on Saturday, March 23, a court heard.
Potter underwent a blood test, returning a result of 12 microgrammes of THC per litre of blood, six times over the limit of 2 microgrammes of THC per litre of blood.

Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 26, Potter pleaded guilty.
He has been banned from driving for 12 months.
Potter has also been fined £138, and must also pay a victims surcharge of £55 and £85 costs. The total amount of £278 will be paid in fortnightly instalments of £10 deducted from benefits, starting on December 24.
