AN alleged flasher who assaulted a police officer on Winchester High Street has been arrested and remains in custody.
At around 4pm on Thursday, November 27, near O’Neill's, a man pulled down his trousers and exposed himself to the public.

When an officer arrived, the flasher assaulted a police community support officer and class A drugs were found on them.
A 38-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of exposure, assaulting an emergency worker and possession of a Class A drug.
The police are seeking witnesses and the suspect remains in custody at this time.
