A Christmas concert featuring local talent is taking place in Winchester.

Celebrate Voice at Christmas will be held at Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday, December 20.

The event promises a mix of opera, show songs, cabaret and festive favourites, plus carols for the audience to join in with.

Professional performers – singers and musicians - will share the stage with local talent, including an ensemble from the Hampshire Youth Choir.

The youth choir, provided by Hampshire Music Service, offers children aged two to 13 years the chance to perform together at various events and occasions across the country.
