A Colden Common planning consultancy has won a national award.
Gillings Planning, based in Wessex Way, was named Property Consultant of the Year at the Laing Buisson Awards, which celebrates those who excel in the care industry.
Gillings Planning, founded by Winchester resident Anna Gillings, offers town planning consultancy.
The firm is involved in delivering new homes and commercial projects, with a particular focus on care homes and housing for older people.

Ms Gillings said: "We were blown away to win the award, particularly as we were up against the industry giants of CBRE, Christies and Knight Frank. It's a testament to our team in committing to the values every day.
"Getting planning permission can be tricky, so doing so whilst prioritising our clients and teams' happiness is a brilliant thing. We are really proud and look forward to what the future holds."
The company was founded in Ms Gillings' back bedroom and has grown to an industry-leading team.
