A WINCHESTER woman has been fined for driving a car without third-party insurance or a licence.
Caitlyn Stream-Lowe, 25, of The Valley, Stanmore, drove a black Nissan Qashqai in St Cross Road on Saturday, September 28 without insurance or a driving licence, a court heard.

On Monday, November 25, magistrates at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court found Stream-Lowe guilty in her absence.
She has been fined £180 and must also pay a £72 victim surcharge and £150 costs. The total amount of £402 must be paid in full by January 6.
Stream-Lowe has also had six penalty points added to her driving record.
