A CRASH on a busy Winchester road involving a bus and a car has caused heavy traffic congestion.
The incident, on the morning of November 25 on Romsey Road near the roundabout where it meets with Chilbolton Avenue, saw one person suffer minor injuries.
There was a heavy police presence at the scene, and an ambulance was treating a member of the public when the Chronicle arrived on Romsey Road.

One car involved in the crash, a silver Ford Ka, had damage to its rear bumper. It is not yet clear what caused the crash.
The police released the following statement: "Police were called at 10.38am to reports of a collision on Romsey Road involving a car and a bus. One person suffered minor injuries."
After the crash, heavy traffic built up around the Chilbolton Avenue roundabout as police officers directed traffic.
On its Twitter feed, Stagecoach posted: "Due to an accident on Romsey Road, services 4, 5, 6, 61, 66 [and] P&R are currently subject to heavy delays and short notice cancellation. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to your journey this morning."
The Chronicle has approached Stagecoach for comment.
