A Winchester care home has undergone a digital transformation.
Flowerdown Care Home, in Harestock Road, has launched ConneX, a new customer relationship management system.
The system is designed to provide seamless connectivity between care homes, streamline enquiry management and improve customer service.
It is part of a digital transformation by Barchester Healthcare, which runs Flowerdown Care Home.

The new customer relationship management system will help to communication between prospective residents, families, health professionals and the local community.
Claudia Nunes, general manager at Flowerdown Care Home, said: "We are excited about the digital transformation and the launch of ConneX, it will assist us in ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience."
Flowerdown Care Home is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, which is committed to delivering high-quality care across its care homes and hospitals.
The home provides nursing care, residential care and respite care.
