A Southampton businesswoman has been recognised with an award for her contributions to female entrepreneurship.
Managing director of Carabella Gifts, Caaren Dodd, was presented with the MPHERoes Award for Southampton and Romsey 2025, in recognition of her work.
The accolade was given to her by Caroline Nokes MP at Westminster as part of an initiative that celebrates and supports female business owners.
Caaren, who leads Carabella Gifts, a company known for its luxury hampers and personalised gifting experiences, joins a group of women recognised for their impact and enterprise.
Speaking about her award, Caaren said: "I am deeply honoured to receive this recognition. This award is a testament to my journey and the hard work of the Carabella team, who share my passion for creating memorable and meaningful gifts."
The MPHERoes initiative aims to link MPs with successful female entrepreneurs in their areas, highlighting innovation, leadership, and dedication.
It is supported by the Women & Enterprise All-Party Parliamentary Group and the Inclusive Entrepreneurship APPG.
