Age Concern Romsey and District meets at its hall in Linden Road Romsey and is a registered charity independent of Age Concern UK.

The hall is well used by the older people of Romsey and the surrounding area together with organisations and societies. We provide weekly lunches, activities and exercise classes.

As a charity we are obviously always in need of funds to maintain the hall and for the heating which is of prime importance in the winter. We apply for grants for which we might be eligible. The hall is run by a committee of trustees and willing volunteers.

However, at this moment in time we urgently need an administrative assistant to work five hours a week in the office to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.

If you feel that you would be able to offer help please contact Clare or Carol for further information on 01794 518817.
