A WINCHESTER teenager has been fined after he was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.
Harley Duncan, 18, of Stanmore Lane, Stanmore, was discovered with two grams of herbal cannabis on Wednesday, July 31, a court heard.
According to the court record, Duncan was caught with the Class B drugs when he was 17.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Saturday, November 16, he pleaded guilty to the offence.
He has been fined £80, and must also pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. The total amount of £197 was to be paid by November 16, according to the court record.
The cannabis has also been seized and destroyed.
