WINCHESTER City Council planning officers have permitted nine applications using their delegated powers.
Applicants' names were withheld from the list.
In Bishop’s Waltham, plans for a proposed renovation and alterations to an existing outbuilding with a proposed roof extension to provide tourist accommodation have been approved at Park House, Botley Road.
In Harestock, permission has been granted to build a detached garage and garden room at 8 Greyshott Close.
In New Alresford, an application for permission to repaint the exterior façade of The Town House, 32 Broad Street, has been approved.
In Newlands, permission has been granted to install six electric vehicle charging points at Ignis House, Proxima Park, Houghton Avenue.
In Shedfield, a single storey rear extension can be built at 3 Nightingale Crescent following the demolition of the currently existing extension.
In Winchester Town, plans for a single storey rear extension with access terrace over it has been approved – it will be built at 10A Upper High Street.
23B Little Minster Street has received permission to replace one timber casement window at the front elevation of a basement unit.
Permission has been given to install a new WC on the ground floor of Porters Lodge, The Close, as well as forming new fire separations including FireLine plasterboard ceiling to first floor and stud partition to ground floor, masonry repairs to Listed Close wall which forms part of the rear wall of the building.
A lawful development certificate has been issued to 59 Bar End Road for the installation of a deck in the properties back garden in 2019.
