Hundreds gathered at the weekend to pay their respects to those lost in war.
On Sunday, November 10, Romsey held its annual commemoration with a procession and service.
The procession, which began at 9am, included veterans, The 22 Engineer Regiment, military cadet forces, scouts, guides, rainbow groups, and various organisations. The Caledonian Pipe Band led the civic party to the Romsey Abbey.
Those paying their respects walked to the Romsey War Memorial Park for a service led by Rev Thomas Wharton.
Peter Hurst, chairman of the Royal British Legion, read the Exhortation and the Kohima Epitaph.
After the silence, wreaths were laid by the civic party, attending organisations, and the public.
The procession then returned to the town centre for the official salute.
