A leading accountancy firm has announced a merger with a practice that has three offices in Hampshire.
Shaw Gibbs has merged with Langdowns DFK, which has offices in Andover, Basingstoke and Eastleigh.
Langdowns is known for its "commitment to delivering exceptional client service" and will bring a "wealth of expertise" to the Shaw Gibbs family.

Neil Raynsford, partner at Langdowns, said: "With a history of more than 70 years, it was important to us to build on success by creating a union with a larger practice who work in the same way we do.

The merger will result in a practice with 54 partners and 550 people.
