Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices are inviting the community to a Christmas carol service at Winchester Cathedral.
The event, which will take place on Wednesday, December 11, is being held to raise funds for the charity.
The service will be hosted by Reverend Nicky Smallwood, chaplain at Naomi House & Jacksplace, who will bring together attendees to celebrate the season of giving and gratitude.
The service will include a selection of carols and readings, along with performances from the Voices for Hospices choir, who will captivate hearts with their beautiful and moving renditions of timeless classics.

The money raised from the evening will go to support the work Naomi House & Jacksplace provide in delivering care and support for life-threatened and life-limited children, young adults, and their families.
Reverend Smallwood said: "The run-up to Christmas is always a magical time of year at the hospices, with much excitement, fun, and joy, so, we’re thrilled to invite you to our fundraising carol service.
"Join us in singing some of our most-loved carols (led by the 60-strong Voices for Hospices choir and the Naomi House & Jacksplace chamber choir) as we are taken on a journey through traditional bible readings and thought-provoking poems; all held at Winchester’s exceptionally beautiful cathedral."
Charlotte Patrick, event team leader at Naomi House and Jacksplace, added: "We are thrilled to bring our local community together at Winchester Cathedral, not only to celebrate this special season but also to raise essential funds for the hospices.

"We are delighted to be joined by our very own chaplain, Rev. Nicky who will lead the service and the wonderful Voices for Hospices Choir and our very own chamber choir.
"We encourage everyone to book their tickets soon for what promises to be a truly memorable evening."
Tickets for the carol service start from £20. Guests can choose to book either a general ticket for the event or opt for a package that includes a general ticket along with access to a hosted drinks reception in the North Transept of the cathedral.
