A Christmas carol concert in support of a cancer charity will take place in Romsey Abbey.
Romsey and Test Valley Visitor Information Centre have partnered with Maggie's Southampton cancer support charity to sell tickets for the charity Christmas carol concert planned for on Friday, December 13 at 7.30pm.
The evening will feature the Royal Marines Association Brass Ensemble, the 100-strong Alresford Community Choir and solo harpist Kate Ham performing Benjamin Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols.
Maggie's offers free practical, emotional and social support to cancer patients, along with their families and friends.

The centre also serves as a ticket agent for various local attractions, including Romsey Plaza Theatre, Music in Romsey, Romsey Ghost Walks and King John’s House.
The visitor centre also stocks Cards for Good Causes Christmas cards and gifts, representing support for more than 45 different charities.
It welcomes both local residents and out-of-town visitors, encouraging anyone passing through Romsey to pop in and say hello.
