A WINCHESTER man has been slapped with a community order after pleading guilty to assault.
Christian Wills, 45, of Buriton Road, Harestock, assaulted a young person on Friday, April 19, a court heard.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Monday, September 16, Wills pleaded guilty to the crime.

On Monday, November 4, Wills was given a community order to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 35 days.
He has also been fined £40, and must pay a £114 victim surcharge and £45 costs.
The full amount of £199 must be paid in full by December 3, with the total being deducted from Wills' benefits
A court order prevents identification of the victim.
