Winchester City Council has ruled on five planning applications and they have all been permitted.
The council planning officers under delegated powers have permitted planning applications in Colden Common, Curdridge, Wickham and Knowle and Winchester.
In Colden Common, at 17 Pennington Close, Winchester City Council allowed the extend of the back of a garden fence to the edge of the site boundary, with fence panels measuring.

The council permitted re-profiling and landscaping with site drainage improvements to allow increased equine use of land at Fairthorne Grange, Farm Botley Road, Curdridge.
In Wickham and Knowle a change of use from mixed use of office and flats roof and porch alterations to a four-bed property at Boyces Cottage, The Square.
The council has also permitted extension and alteration works to Knowle Village Hall, as well a a new cycle parking area.
Finally, in Winchester, the demolishing of an the existing conservatory and addition of a two storey extension has been allowed at 3 Itchen Court, Eastgate Street
