ROMSEY Bowling Club has hosted a poetry and pizza evening.
The event on Saturday, November 2 saw various club members performing.
Bob Blake read his risqué poetry, while the Bowling Stones performed with Chaz Davey and Pete Morton on guitar, Alex Dunleavey on the Ukulele and Jane Russell on keyboard.
There was an interval where the pizzas were served - they came from Roma in Romsey.
Bowling club raises funds for Hampshire air ambulance with quiz night
READ MORE:After the interval, the club welcomed special guest Tina Turner, aka Lawrie Wait, who danced to three of Tina's greatest hits.
Club president Gill Wait called the event “a really fun evening which raised funds for the club and also for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance” and thanked those who attended.
So far this year, Romsey Bowling Club has raised £2,452.11 for the air ambulance.
