THE graphic image of planned Silver Hill redevelopment is a breath of fresh air (Chronicle, October 24).

Such a delightful change from the 1970s and early 1980s.

The design is a classic based on a quasi-Victorian architecture.

Hopefully it will not take years to reach a go-ahead, saving hundreds of thousands of pounds in planning and other bureaucratic elements.

Let's hope this delightful project will actually proceed.
