BUS services across Winchester have been delayed or cancelled due to heavy congestion.
Stagecoach South reported on X (formerly Twitter) that all town services are subject to delays due to "severe congestion".

It is believed the congestion has been caused by an influx of people into the city due to the University of Winchester graduations, with the final ceremony taking place today.
