WINCHESTER planning officers have approved seven plans put forward to them using their delegated powers this week.
Applicants names were withheld from the list.
In Hursley, plans to remove a concrete slab topper from a pair of chimneys and in-fell the existing outlets at Oddicombe Cottage, Enmill Lane, have been approved.
In Shedfield, an application to erect and use an agricultural storage barn at Prospect Cottages, Solomon’s Lane, has been given permission.
In Winchester Town, an application to replace three fire doors at the Theatre Royal, Jewry Street, has been approved. The application also involves removing a disused door and adding an internally lit poster frame, adding vinyl to the lower window along Tower Street, replacing and repositioning the logo lettering, render the section of brick wall between the currently rendered section and the Theatre's Dock Doors, painting a wall artwork design on the south wall elevation and installing five down lights along the top of the building to light the wall and asphalt art.
Plans to repaint the Theatre Royal logo on the Tower Street facing wall has also been approved.
At 46 Quarry Road, plans have been approved to erect a single storey timber two bay garage and store.
An application to construct a small shed and add a trellis to an area of wall at 28 Little Minster Street has been approved.
Plans for removing a single storey extension at White Gates, Milnthorpe Lane and replacing it with new rear single and double storey extensions have been given the go ahead.
