The Worthys Festival will hold its annual general meeting next week.
The meeting will take place at 8pm on Monday, October 28, in the lounge of the Worthies Sports & Social Club, at the end of Loader Close off Lovedon Lane, Kings Worthy.
Festival supporters are invited to attend, and the meeting is also open to those interested in helping organise the next festival or providing feedback on this year's event.
The Festival Team, led by musician Dan Conroy and acting chair Cllr Jane Rutter, will welcome comments, suggestions and any other input related to the festival.
For those unable to attend, feedback can be emailed to the team.

The AGM will review comments from this year's successful event, discuss plans for the 2025 festival, present a summary of the festival's accounts, and report on the various fundraising initiatives of the year.
