AN East Wellow man has been fined and had points added to his licence for careless driving.
Anand Daas, 61, of Gardeners Lane, drove a Mercedes in Highbridge Road, Highbridge, on Saturday, April 6, without paying due care and attention to the road, a court heard.
On Monday, October 21, magistrates at Aldershot Magistrates' Court found Daas guilty of the offence in his absence.

He has been fined £440, and must also pay a £176 victim surcharge and £110 costs.
The total amount of £726 must be paid in full by November 18.
Daas has also had five points added to his licence.
