Tom Hamblet, the 2023 MasterChef: The Professionals champion, is set to lead exclusive cookery masterclasses in Winchester.
The classes will be held at the Season Cookery School at Lainston House, starting on Saturday, November 2.
Hamblet, renowned for his work at The Avenue at Lainston House, will provide hands-on instruction, teaching participants how to prepare dishes inspired by his MasterChef journey and his time at The Avenue.
The classes, which will include a Q&A session, are open to food enthusiasts of all levels and cost £300 per person.

Each participant will receive a Season apron and a signed recipe pack as a memento of the experience.
Hamblet's classes will focus on teaching new skills and exploring different flavour profiles, in keeping with the ethos of the Season Cookery School, which champions seasonal and local ingredients.
The school, set within a 17th-century manor in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, offers a fitting backdrop for aspiring chefs looking to refine their cooking techniques under Hamblet's expert guidance.
