The firm also promoted University of Southampton law graduate Kay Yung to an in-house salaried position.
Mr Lisk said: "The appointments of Mike and Kay, with the directorship for Leanne, are part of Hybrid Legal’s strategic growth strategy.

The firm provides legal advice in sectors including creative and digital agencies, media, PR, e-commerce, retail, and more.
Mr Lisk added: "We continue to see a significant rise in work from the UK’s creative industries sector, which employs 2.3 million people, following referrals."
