A WINCHESTER man has been imprisoned for two weeks after pleading guilty to assault.
Aston Darch, 26, of Christchurch Road, assaulted Emmanuel Nwodo by beating him on Thursday, July 11, a court heard.

Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 10, Darch pleaded guilty to the crime.
He has been sentenced to 14 days in prison.
Darch must also pay £100 compensation.
