The charity that runs Theatre Royal Winchester is holding a costume clearance this month.

Play to the Crowd is organising the event on Tuesday, October 29. From 9am until 12pm, the theatre will be filled with a variety of costumes, all looking for a new home.

The sale will feature dresses, tops, trousers, shoes, and more.

It is an opportunity for anyone interested in show business, people working with textiles, or anyone wanting to refresh their dressing-up box.

The charity hopes the event will help them to 'reduce, reuse and recycle' surplus stock.

All the items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis with a suggested donation.

Both cash and card payments will be accepted.

The charity has asked for all the items to be taken as seen.

Everyone is welcome, while booking not required.
