"We have so many fantastic people working behind the scenes, and with our clients and I am delighted Sandra has received the recognition she deserves for her many years of service."

Sandra said: "My ability to give my customers great service has been doubted through-out my career due to my age. This award proves to myself and all other employers out there that age does not define you.

"I am so thankful to my wonderful customers that continue to put their trust in me."
