A THREE-BEDROOM house near Winchester is being auctioned at the end of October with a guide price of between £210,000 and £230,000.
The end-terrace residence at 23 Fraser Road, Kings Worthy, is among 170 lots listed across southern England, Yorkshire and Scotland by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Hampshire for the regional land and property auction firm, said: “The vacant property is in good order throughout, having been a much-loved family home for many years, with off-road parking, landscaped gardens and modern kitchen and living space.”

Winkworth and David Evans will be acting as joint auctioneers.
Also to be auctioned is a ground-floor studio flat at 163 High Street, Eastleigh, with a guide price of £70,000-plus. The property is currently let at £575 per calendar month.
The third property up for auction is a vacant, single lock-up garage southwest of Richmond Close, Chandler’s Ford, which is guided at between £9,000 and £10,000. It is currently on a 999-year lease from 1972 at a ground rent of £10 per annum.
The auction, the seventh of eight this year by Clive Emson Auctioneers, which has its regional office at Whiteley and is a member of Southampton Property Association, starts on October 30 and concludes on November 1.
