POLICE are "extremely concerned" for the welfare of a missing man they believe may have travelled to Winchester.
Police have said they are 'extremely concerned' for the welfare of a missing man in Southampton.
Mark Harris, 62, from Southampton hasn't been seen since around 11am on Wednesday, October 9.
He was last spotted in the St Deny's area.
Mark is described as white, of medium build, with a long beard.
He was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, a rust-coloured beanie hat, black trousers and glasses.
He was also carrying an army camouflage Bergen-style rucksack.
A police spokesperson said: "We have been carrying out extensive enquiries to try to locate Mark, but are extremely concerned for his welfare, and are now turning to you for assistance.
"We have been conducting enquiries and now believe he may have travelled to the Winchester area.
"If you think you’ve seen Mark since he went missing or think you might know where he is now, please call us immediately on 999 quoting 44240440332."
