A FORMER care home in Winchester has gone on the market.
The care home, Brendon Home in Park Road, is being sold through Goadsby on behalf of Brendoncare.
The 43-bedroom site is close to the city centre and sits on a 1.23 acre plot of land. Set in a predominantly residential area, the former care home could be redeveloped or repurposed for a range of residential or commercial uses.

Goadsby’s commercial and land departments have combined to market the property.
Having “launched” the property last week, Goadsby is currently conducting viewings, with bids requested by November 15.
