A MILK spillage at a service station on the M3 northbound has caused traffic chaos.
The leak, which occurred at Fleet Services and led to the closure of its HGV area, saw fire crews on the scene acting swiftly to contain the liquid.
Milk can have a significant impact on watercourses and the marine ecosystems that depend on them.

The Environment Agency said: "The Fire Service are leading on this incident and acted swifty to contain the majority of the spill. Environment Agency officers attended the area to assess the impact on nearby watercourses, which is currently minimal, but we continue to monitor the situation.
"Members of the public can report pollution incidents to us via our 24-hour hotline on 0800807060."
Police were also involved after heavy traffic built up.
Yesterday, October 8, Hampshire Constabulary posted the following on Facebook: "We are currently dealing with an incident at Fleet Services on the M3 Northbound.
"There is currently no HGV access to the car park and lorry drivers are asked to please avoid the area and plan their journey accordingly."
