THIS is the first week of Winchester City Council's new bin collection timetable. Letters have been posted to residents across the catchment area notifying them of changes in times or days when rubbish will be picked up. WCC have posted the following: "Even if you don’t have a change, your collection may be at a different time of day because of the new schedules, so please put your bins out by 6.30am. A small number of rounds will have a one-off extra collection during the transition period. This information is also in the letter and on the website, winchester.co.uk/bin-collection."
