A BUS company has announced its weekend night bus service linking Winchester and Southampton.
Bluestar's Nightstar 1 (N1) service between Southampton and Winchester runs during the small hours on Friday and Saturday nights (technically Saturday and Sunday mornings).
Three buses leave from Southampton after midnight (1.10am, 2.40am and 4.10am) while two depart from Winchester (1.55am and 3.25am).
This means that those looking to go out on the town can do so without worrying about having to get on a bus to go home early.

The Nightstar 1 also stops at Bassett, Shawford, Compton, Otterbourne and Chandler's Ford.
Bluestar posted the following message on its website: "Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we've got you covered every Friday and Saturday night.
"Whatever your plans are, be it a night on the town, an early train connection or a night shift, our N1 bus service between Winchester and Southampton is an ideal way to travel.
"It's really good value too. Evening fares after 6pm are just £1 and then N1 fares are £2 until December 31.
"We are sure residents and local students will find this service great value. Don't forget to download the Bluestar app where you can track your bus in live time, so no standing around for longer than you need to at a bus stop."
