Paultons Park is set to bring back its Halloween Spooktacular event this half term.
The family theme park, which is home to Peppa Pig World, will be transformed with pumpkins and Halloween decorations from October 17 to November 4.
This year, the park has added new interactive experiences to its spooky makeover, including The Great Halloween Mystery Show and the Spirit Squad Ghoul School.
The latter is specially designed for younger guests, helping them learn secret moves and ghost-busting grooves.
Late-night openings are also scheduled from October 29 to 31, allowing visitors to enjoy the park's atmosphere at dusk.
James Mancey, the deputy managing director at Paultons Park, said: "Halloween is one of our favourite dates in the Paultons Park diary as we strive to create the friendliest, most frightful, family Halloween experience in the UK.
"Children and parents alike love the park’s spooky transformation and decorations. Our team works hard to deliver a value-for-money Halloween experience that guests will remember for years to come."
Paultons Park, which opened in 1983, spans 140 acres and features more than 80 rides and attractions.
The theme park was recently recognised for having the lowest ride wait times of any UK family theme park in 2024, with data showing that queues are 50 per cent shorter at Paultons Park than at other attractions.
The park's newest attraction, Splash Lagoon, a family-friendly water boat ride in the dinosaur-themed Lost Kingdom, opened in May.
The park is home to Peppa Pig World, which opened in 2011 and is exclusive to the UK and Europe.
The attraction has nine rides, including Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter Flight, Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride, and George’s Dinosaur Adventure.
It also features Peppa’s House, Mr Potato’s Playground, and Muddy Puddles, a water splash park.
In July 2020, Paultons Park was named the 10th best amusement park in the world and the best-rated UK amusement park for the fifth year in a row in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.
It is the only park to have ever received this award five years running.
Visitors are advised to pre-book tickets for the Halloween Spooktacular online to avoid disappointment.
The park has more than 80 rides and attractions, including a Jurassic-themed attraction Lost Kingdom, and Tornado Springs, which opened in 2021, adding nine new rides and experiences to its offering.
